Client Brief

There are many orange orchards in Florida. We grow various types of fruits: Feel Good Oranges – rich in minerals, Grove Navel Oranges – tangy-sweet; Ruby Red Oranges – slightly bitter and many others.
There is a situation where supply chains are compromised, and we have difficulty reaching our buyers. Thick layers of re-sellers and supplies separate us from people that actually consume our fruits. To overcome this situation, we would like to design a Mobile Application that will allow an end client to place direct orders for small batches of our products and ship them directly to the table.

Goals and objectives

• Engage new customers
• Avoid re-sellers
• Increase sellings
• Help customers save their money (Riverside farm prices are up to 40% less than you’d find in the stores)

Who will be the audience?

  • Creating personas can help designers step out of themselves and recognize that different people have different needs and expectations. After a persona creation and Empathy map, I figure out the target audience for the product:
    • People, who love fresh and organic oranges( middle level and up)
    • Busy
    • Big families
    • Sport clubs, companies, schools, events and etc.
    • Disabled

When/Where users will use the product and their needs? (I want/So that technique)
